We all know the difference a good night’s sleep can make. Think about it. If you spend 8 hours of your day sleeping, it means you’re going to spend a third of your life asleep or roughly 30 years.
And the quality of that 8-hour sleep will dictate the quality of the remaining 16 hours you spend awake.
It determines how productive you are, how clearly you engage with others, how much energy you have to spend with your loved ones, how present you become and so much more.
Can you imagine how much time you’re wasting by choosing NOT to optimise your sleep?
Not only that, but the health benefits of a solid sleeping routine are also crystal clear.
One of my greatest fears has always been “making it” financially, at the cost of my physical health. This is something I’ve never been comfortable with, and it’s what inspired me to fully invest in my sleep.

Fitness has always been extremely important to me. One of my proudest achievements is the level of fitness I’ve built over the years, without compromising on my work, relationships, or general day to day happiness.
People always ask me for esoteric tips on how to achieve the same results for themselves, and the truth is that there are a few. BUT, there is one thing tying it all together, and that’s SLEEP.
By sleep I don’t just mean the amount of time spent between closing and opening your eyes each night, you need to LEARN how to sleep effectively. And once you do, you’ll experience several benefits that translate into other areas of your life.
Before I tell you about the course, I want to tell you what my life was like before I started investing in my sleep health – it might sound familiar to you.
The year was 2018, a younger Oliver was working a boring corporate job, which involved an unhealthy level of overtime, alcohol, and therefore, stress. As you can imagine, sleep was the last thing on my agenda – I had more important things to do! Or so I thought.
My awful sleeping habits didn’t just make me feel groggy throughout the day, it also affected my relationships, my libido, and eventually my work performance.
It became a vicious cycle, and the more I tried to work harder, the worse my sleep became. I was making the fundamental mistake of taking sleep for granted. As if it was just some chore to tick off each day.
And I’m ashamed to admit, not much changed for a while. It’s very easy to get into a downward spiral where you don’t really understand what the real issue is. And I had NO idea just how badly my sleep was affecting my everyday routine.
That’s when I decided to start taking ownership of my sleeping routine and put real effort into it with the strategies and techniques I’ve outlined in this course.
Once I made the investment, I experienced several benefits that translated across my entire life. No joke.
Here are some of the ways I changed my life by following my Supercharged Sleep routine.
Building The Body Of Your Dreams
As you may be aware already, there are several components that help you build a body you’re proud of. One of your best friends to aid muscle recovery is a solid sleeping schedule. It helps you to replenish your testosterone, reset your circadian rhythm, and sharpen your focus to push yourself harder on your next session.
If you want to run that extra mile or lift an extra 5kg, you need to be in a strong state of mind.
You’re doing yourself no favours by working out whilst mentally tired. Make the most of your time in the gym. Don’t just go to keep up appearances, prime your body & mind for every session.
Whilst everyone else tries to simply “work harder”, take a step back. Use the deadly weapon of a good night’s sleep to put yourself ahead of the competition.
Perform Better In The Bedroom
That’s right fellas, you read correctly. If you’re not sleeping right, you can easily spend more time at work to avoid being snowed under. But when it comes to the bedroom, I can guarantee your performance is lacklustre!
The majority of the daily testosterone release in men occurs during sleep.
Preliminary studies have concurred that cutting back on sleep for as little as one week can reduce your testosterone levels by up to 15% in a group of healthy young men.
Not only does your libido suffer, but you also become low energy, your concentration dips, and of course, you’re more easily fatigued.
If you’re waking up flat, and without one of those ironclad erections of your high school days, you’ve got a problem. Morning wood is a sign that you’re a healthy male. If you aren’t getting them regularly, it might be time to ask why!
There’s a TONNE of other dangers of sleep deprivation, which will be covered straight away in Module 1, so you know what you’re up against.
Maximising Your Comfort At Night
We’ve all experienced the pain of a bad night’s sleep. The fact that you’ve read this far tells me you know exactly what I mean. Shoulder pain, neck cramps, too hot, too cold, rock-hard mattresses, pillows that you’ve flipped so many times that there isn’t a cold side anymore?! It’s enough to make you wake up feeling like you’ve been sitting on a cramped budget flight for the past 8 hours.
Ever noticed the luxurious feeling of those bedsheets when you’re on holiday? The silky-smooth, instant relaxation type? Well, those shouldn’t just be a luxury reserved for your trips abroad!
In Module 6: The Perfect Bedroom, I’ll tell you everything you need to know about bedroom ergonomics, so you don’t have to do hours of research yourself. Suddenly you’ll bring a luxury hotel experience to your bed that you sleep in every single night.

For me, this is by far the most important reward from a well-organised sleeping routine. Simply put, the general efficiency you bring to everything else you do in your life when you’re sleeping right increases tenfold.
Ever wake up feeling worse than when you went to bed? Do you feel groggy, and even more, tired somehow? Sometimes it feels like you’d have been better off not sleeping at all! To make things worse, everything you do throughout the day becomes mediocre.
Your work, your gym sessions, your general enjoyment of life. It’s almost as if you need to write off an entire day until you go to bed again to try and get it right later on.
Thankfully that isn’t the only solution.
